ORDERS & SHIPPING
Everything you need to know about placing and receiving your order.
We try to get orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Typically, around 24 hours Mon- Sat (except on holidays). We know nobody likes waiting on cards, so fast fulfillment is something we take seriously. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it along the way.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout. You can use that tracking number to follow your package from shipment to delivery.
At this time, we are offering free shipping on qualifying orders over $250. Any available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Photos of the item and packaging can help us review the issue quickly. If we made a mistake, we’ll work with you to get it corrected.

SELLING BULK
Everything you need to know about selling your bulk cards to us.
Visit our Sell Us Bulk page to view our current buy rates. Enter your card quantities to receive an instant estimated payout, submit your information, and follow the instructions for sending your cards to us. Once we receive and verify your submission, we’ll confirm the final payout.
Yes. Please sort your cards by the categories listed on our current buy rates before shipping them. This helps us verify your submission accurately and keeps the process moving as quickly as possible.
Cards should generally be Near Mint or Lightly Played. Cards with significant damage, heavy wear, creases, water damage, or other major condition issues may not qualify for the listed rates.
Once your package arrives, we’ll verify the quantities, card types, and condition of your submission. After verification is complete, we’ll confirm the final payout and issue payment as quickly as possible.

Yes. Authenticity is one of the biggest things we care about. Everything we sell is sourced from trusted places and checked before it goes out. We want you to feel confident that when you order from Cardamonium, you’re getting legitimate Pokémon TCG products.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, as we try to get orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Approved cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. The condition of each single will be listed on the product page so you know what you’re purchasing before placing your order. We do our best to accurately evaluate and represent every card. Because condition can vary from card to card, we recommend reviewing the listed condition and available product images before purchasing.
When possible, yes. Pokémon TCG inventory can move quickly and availability varies by product, but we’re always looking for opportunities to restock popular items. Restocked products and newly added inventory will appear in our New Arrivals section, so checking back regularly is the best way to see what’s available.
Pokémon TCG is our main focus right now, but we’re definitely open to carrying other trading card games in the future. As Cardamonium Trading grows, we’ll look at expanding into other TCGs based on availability and what our customers are interested in.
