REFUND POLICY
Returns, cancellations, and what to do if there’s an issue with your order.
Returns & Refunds
Because trading cards and sealed TCG products can fluctuate in value and condition matters, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If there is a problem with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or an item arriving damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation and make it right.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method minus a 4% processing fee.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Cardamonium Trading reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving inventory discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, or other situations that prevent us from fulfilling an order.

If an order is canceled by Cardamonium Trading, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method for any amount charged for the canceled items, including applicable shipping charges.

The 4% customer cancellation fee does not apply to merchant-initiated cancellations.

All order cancellations remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping materials so we can review what happened and determine the best resolution.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once a refund has been submitted, processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
